the location is excellent. walkable to many attractions and train stations. it is just 2-3 minutes to st stephen's cathedral. all staff are very helpful and polite. i will stay again next time i am here.
i would have liked to know that my room was not in the main building. the attentiveness regarding the cleanliness was lacking.

i enjoyed my stay on the seventh floorwith a nice balcony and washroom. the location proved convenient as it was easily walkable to several museums. the spanish riding school, imperial gardens, and palace were also accessible. the most important churches were nearby as well. the staff were very helpful and courteous.
during check-in, i was told my room was across the road from the main building. i would have preferred prior notification about not being in the main building. the air conditioning did not seem to work effectively, leading to some discomfort during the night.

the hotel allows easy walks to virtually everywhere in the inner stadt. its location is great for quickly exploring the area. the shopping lanes are close to the premises. the hotel provides a great starting point for discovering the city.

The hotel is close to the city center. immediate access to public transportation is available. the hotel staff is attentive, prompt, and friendly. the rooms are spacious and bright. The windows are large and round. i enjoyed sitting on the windowsill watching the city. breakfast was decent, catering to everyone's tastes. the breakfast area is well-organized, with retro, comfortable armchairs.
my superior room smelled slightly bad upon check-in. the smell was a bit off-putting. the hotel location is great. the rooftop bar has a good view.
